Is Q-Bio Genesis a medical device?+
No.Q-Bio Genesis is a research-use-only (RUO) simulation tool.Its output is for early-stage research and cannot be used for diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing decisions.
What does the Free plan include?+
The Free plan lets you run 5-axis side-effect simulations (heuristic scoring with a classical Monte Carlo spread) and save compounds.Researcher and Lab plans add batch analysis, explainability, and regulatory export manifests.
How is my molecular data protected?+
Simulation inputs are sealed in your browser with ML-KEM-768 + AES-256-GCM before they are sent; if sealing is unavailable the app says so and falls back to standard TLS.Saved compounds and simulation history stay in your account until you delete them.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+
Yes.You can cancel from billing settings at any time.Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
