1. Acceptance
By using Q-Bio Genesis, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Q-Bio Genesis is a Research Use Only (RUO) computational research tool for drug interaction analysis. It is NOT a medical device. Results are mathematical simulations, not clinical recommendations.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds follow Apple and Stripe policies.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, and designs are owned by SwiftQuantum. You may not reverse-engineer or redistribute.
5. Limitation of Liability
SwiftQuantum is not liable for decisions made based on simulation results. Use at your own risk.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
